DON’T MAKE YOUR BED AFTER SLEEPING AND THIS IS THE REASON!!!
No one or no home is organism or bacteria free. But it’s the bedroom where the most trouble can arise. Foam pillows and mattresses are a home away from home for dust mites, allergens and bacteria. Dust mites leave behind a microscopic trail of allergens that cause allergic reactions, including asthma. Your head is resting on the pillow for up to 8 hours straight, and your nose is breathing in these allergens all night long. The tiny microorganisms living in your bed sheets leave behind droppings and body fragments that can contribute to colds, asthma and hayfever, whilst the germs present can cause food poisoning. Even after you wash your sheets, they could still be riddled with dangerous germs, such as Norovirus and Salmonella, which will not be removed just by washing your linen. Someone with food poisoning could be excreting salmonella into the bed. In addition, every bed has an average of 10 million dust mites living in it. The organisms thrive in warm and moist environments. Experts have also suggested that dust mites are encouraged by the collection of human skin cells lining our beds.
Every person on this world is sweats while sleeping. The medical experts say that the average adult could through sweat to throw up to liter of fluids during the night. This is great environment for the dust mites and there are about 1.5 millions mites present in our bed. The mites are not that much dangerous as their scum. They leave it in the bed and it can cause many health problems in people. Their scum can also cause allergy and asthma.
People should not make their bed after they get up. For best results make your bed after breakfast, before you go to work. If you do not mind, you can leave the bed in that position all day, and make it when you’ll come home. Wash and change your sheets at least every two weeks. Dust mites, if they are exposed to fresh air all day they will die and your bedroom will be better place or resting and sleeping without any risk of allergy and asthma.
You should only share your bed with those you love, not nasties that can make you sick.
