Smoothies are all sorts of delicious. Whether you like drinking them for breakfast or after a workout, they’re a tasty way to get lots of nutrients.
But if you’ve ever blended one at home, you know that smoothie prep can turn your kitchen into a giant mess. (And nobody wants that right before work.) Luckily, we know how to make things a lot more simple. All you have to do is put Greek yogurt into an ice cube tray, freeze it, then transfer the yogurt to a Ziploc baggie along with the fruit of your choice.
